Any Guesses what bike this is?
I'm a little curious what bike this is. Unfortunately the seller hasn't responded to my query, for whatever reason. The head lug is chromed, I believe, and the dropouts are suntour gs.

Very nice features.
If its really cheap enough to perk your interest, don't even question the seller. Pray the frame is straight and maybe take a chance and get it.

Thanks guys. I think I'll pass, even though I like the chromed head lug. I'd probably have trouble finding a taller stem for the steerer diameter.
The asking price also is a bit high, I'd say ($300 CAD). I think it will sit there for a while unless somebody really wants it or the asking price drops by at least half.

It looks like a Windsor Carrera. It is a Windsor though. With the chrome lugs it look like their top of the line, which I believe is the Carrera.
Wait, that fork. It is not a semi sloping fork. This is lower end but with chrome lugs and socks. It looks like a Windsor but lower in their line.
International perhaps?

I concur that this one of the Windsor Carrera variants manufactured by Acer-Mex in Mexico. However, assuming the VGT derailleur is OEM, it is slightly newer than suggested and circa 1974-1975.

Not mentioned in the articles is that these Carerra Sports have aggressive frame angles, making the frame feel a bit large for a given toptube length and making them feel lively in sprinting or attacking hills (despite considerable heft).
The 68mm Italian bb threading allows one to move the chainline over to the left and correct Q-asymmetry at the same time if a cartridge bb is used.
