Rear Cassettte
Im switching my rear cassette which is currently an 8 speed 12-32T Shimano Hyperglide. Can i replace it to. 8 speed 11-32T?

Most likely. The one caveat is whether it is an older, pre-1995/96(?), 8 speed freehub body without the relief at the end of the splines. The relief is there for an 11t, or 10t, first position cog.

Keep the lock rings identified, IIRC some !!T lock rings are smaller than 12T ones.
