What tubes are better for 700x25 road tires, 18-25 or 25-32?

What tubes are better for 700x25 road tires, 18-25 or 25-32?
Hi, everyone!
Could someone please point me in the right direction? My tires are 700x25, but I don't know which of the above tubes would be best. The current ones are 18-25.

I tried larger tubes thinking they may be better.

The inside of your 25 mm tire may not be the same volume as the inside of my 25 mm tire. I'd buy both. Likewise the mfr of the tubes may vary somewhat from others.
Try the bigger inner tube just to see, and if you think it might be kinking or wrinkling, then use the smaller.
The less your inner tube has to stretch inside the tire, the less it'll act like a balloon being punctured by a pin.

18-25 for 25C. No flappy extra rubber needed...no extra weight slowing that wheel down

The difference between the two in inflated wall thickness in a 25-mm tire is completely insignificant. A larger tube stuffed into a smaller tire can end up with localized folded sections; that would be far more likely to result in tube failure. I've had that happen.

I say it depends on the pressure your run. I run 105F/112R due to my weight and so not to get pinch flats. I see the smaller size with small holes and nothing in the tire with age occasionally. The larger size does not. I always forget and go for the smaller lighter tube.

When in doubt, go smaller. A tube can expand way more than the stated width without any issues, and a narrower one is just easier to mount. I think most of my tubes are 18-23, used in 25 mm tyres.
