Purchasing mail-order wheels in Europe

Can anyone provide a reliable source of touring wheels in Europe? I'm planning on shipping a touring bike, without the low-quality OE wheels, to family in Italy. It seems like a potentual plan to buy a wheelset online and have it ship within Europe for delivery before I arrive.

I have bought my hand built wheel set from https://www.meilenweit.net , I'm happy about the wheels and the owner offers very good and friendly service. He's German but delivers to all of Europe.
An other good supplier you should consider is https://www.m-gineering.nl . He's a bike builder, enthusiast and engineer and is also very good service wise. Marten is located in the Netherlands but also ships abroad.
Both aren't expensive and have lots of experience with touring wheels. Meilenweit is a bit cheaper, probably due to lower prices for parts in Germany.

Have fun in Europe!

Fahrrad.de is a good mail-order place. I think they ship to Italy.

I had a set of wheels built by www.chainreactioncycles.com. The price was good and the wheels were well built.
