Welp week 1 has come to a close. And total today 15.04mi. That brings my week total to 46.34 mi....not too shabby for a 365lb fat guy who's been cycling for a whole 3 weeks. Life iis good and i'm lovin this riding. So far my average pace is 9mph and about 70rpm cadence. Def not setting world ablaze but gotta crawl b4 walk

Two rides today a short 4.59 miles with both boys, first hill climb for the 6 yo on this ride a block long hill kinda steep. Then a 61.88 ride with just the older one, 1655' gain. A good ride and near perfect weather.
