Coaster brake hub flanges

The Shimano and KT rear hubs have pressed on flanges.

Is it common for them to come off the shell if you’re either aggressive or heavy?

Is it worth going with the SA or Velosteel hub specifically over this issue? KT also makes a heavy duty coaster hub that looks like one piece of machined AL.

I've seen one separate from the hub a grand total of one time, and that was a motomag in the 1970's.
But what with the quality of Chinese commodity parts these days, it's probably not as uncommon anymore.

I've never seen a coaster brake come apart.
