Stronger Every Day

Last November I started weight lifting after a 36 year hiatus from it. Yesterday it occurred to me that I really am much stronger in the upper body than I was last year at this time, and I no longer have cronic upper back pain. Feels really good to experience the change first hand.

Yeah! Your title is a phrase I frequently repeat to myself for encouragement.

As Yogi Berra would say, "it's not over 'till it's over". It's never too late to begin. Well, actually, 'it's too late for me to begin ballet classes but other than that......
