Climb 2: 18:03, 142 HR, 3.09 W/kg

I've now done this ride 10 times this year, and it definitely is getting less fatiguing.
Yesterday's Hamilton ride was a bit off. I was on a good pace until the last climb, when the power dropped off. It was hot, and the first real heat of the season. Maybe that's why. Times vs. last Wednesday:

Climb 1: 33:14 (2.7% faster)
Climb 2: 17:41 (2.0% faster)
Climb 3: 45:41 (6.3% slower) <-- hot at the top (88ºF)

Riding in the heat when not heat acclimated -- another topic.

I did some easy hill runs today, but still I was in zone 3.

Is that a bad thing

Some coaches are really not fans of grey zone.
