G'day from Sydney

I realise I rudely jumped in and posted in the tandem area before this intro.

I'm a displaced Canuck from Montreal but been living down under for 25 years now. Although I've been riding since I was a kid, like most the riding petered out a bit through kids, career, etc. I got into it again in an MTB kind of way last year and am really enjoying it. So much so I upgraded my old hard-tail MTB to a nice new dual sus, bought a new tandem for me and Mrs. Stoker and also got myself a new flat bar gravel bike for bashing around my local area. Why do new bikes have to be so cool?

Even though I'll be 58 shortly I feel a lot like I did when I was riding around all day as a teenager. I still ride my motorcycles but a bit less so, as I'm prioritising the bicycles now, for fun and fitness. Funny, I was on the motorsickle the other day, and caught myself thinking how I'd rather be riding my gravel bike!
