Hi folks!
How'd we survive the Super Bowl? I was reasonably OK, but I almost fell to the siren song of tortilla chips. I'm still waiting a day before I post...just in case... Anyway, you all know the drill!

hmmm....while I did eat a lot on SB Sunday, wasn't expecting this. I did do some checking and learned that some cold mess (of which I've been taking vigorously the past week) will hose up low carb diets, so I'm thinking (hoping?) that's it...otherwise, I've been sleep eating pizza, or something...

Slow and steady. Remember, as a culture, we want to lose 20 lbs by next week. Losing 50 lbs in a year just isn't...sexy! So just keep on keeping on... You'll get there...

I started on the first of the year, down 22 lb. so far from 243 to 221.
