I finally got around to installing a new plug on an old Craftsman corded drill I found in a pile of trash. It works! Now I have to take time to sit down, tear it down, clean it, and put it back together. This thing looks like more like a 50's scifi laser blaster than a tool.

Only did 44 miles and had just under 1000 ft of elevation (pretty dang flat around here).
Red/Bold sounds pretty bundled up.

Had a group catch up to me on my ride, stopped to chat briefly at a stop sign. One guy was in gym shorts. He looked at my Pearl Izumi tights and said, "Your legs are no warmer than mine." I replied, "Yeah, but my nuts are."

Today I discovered that Samsung is selling a robot vacuum for $700.00. That's on sale. The regular price is $1,000.00

Really?

I don't consider that to be bundled up at all. As I suspected, I was outside for the better part of 5.5 hours in upper 30's/low 40's with the wind. Some of that time was spent riding, some of it was just standing around. Once my hands get cold, that is it, everything is then miserable there on out. Reynaud's is terrible.

Really?

Available through your favorite in-flight magazine.

That reminds me, I need more electric wine aerators and a few more motorized tie organizers.

I'm lamenting the end of the CX here in the midwest and trying to find motivation to keep my form up over the winter. I'm in the best physical shape I've been in years.

I did a little FG CX riding on the Work and also bought one of those new fangled iPhone things. Why my phone company had to discontinue service on my regular non-"smart" phones, I won't fully understand.

Neat. Bringing things back to life.

Reason I asked is because I have a ac charging cable that I need to splice and I'm not sure that's even safe to do.

Last night I watched "The Appaloosa" with Marlin Brando (1966)

That's the hard/ugly side! Any reason you didn't go from Ohlone? (Other than you didn't want to, which is a perfectly acceptable reason)

RG is selling that Cinelli.

https://www.retro-gression.com/colle...-complete-bike

I like the frame, but the components on the complete are really el cheapo stuff IMO. For example, the cranks are Lasco, which are the same as came on my $300 Chinese chromo bikes from BD.
