Carbon drop bar with flat tops less than $250???
Are there any carbon drop bars with flats on the top from a reputable manufacturer that are less than $250? 46cm width a plus!
Thanks.
Thanks.

The Easton EC70 Aero is a flat top bar. It is $212 all over the internet right now.

46 CM is going to be a challenge.

The first option doesn't have flat tops, at least to my view.
The second with shipping is $242, almost $250.
The ec70 aero looks nice, no 46 though.
I'll probably order the FSA K-wing AGX 46cm from backcountry for $239 unless someone finds a real bargain.
Thanks guys.

Cinelli Neo Morphe are going for under $200 in Amazon right now. I was able to get one for $90.00. Most comfortable bar I ever used.

The K-Wing AGX isn't really a 'flat top' bar, it's more ovalized. I thought from seeing pictures that it was much more aero shaped, but after using it the last few months it's really grown on me

I have three Aeronova clones from an unreputable company that cost AU$40 each, delivered.
Tried to break em before I fitted them, couldn't. Haven't lost my teeth yet

You will be hard pressed to find a bar that wide in an aero build. Mainly, because opening yourself up that wide is not aero. Combine that , with a general movement to smaller at widths, means that type of setup is a unicorn.

The company measures outside to outside, which I don’t believe is as common as center to center. In practice, those bars are effectively 44 cm.

HOWEVER, I just realized how much of a pain in the ass it will be to change the handlebars. The bike is a '16 scott solace premium with dura ace di2 and hydraulic brakes. It has the stock syncros round drop bars. Anyone know if this has internal cables in the handlebars? I was thinking if it did not, I could change them myself, but from what I've read, internal means taking everything apart and using new cables/etc. From what i gather, even guys who wrench a decent amount themselves take the bike to a shop for this.
Thoughts?

It might make sense to replace hydraulic hoses. At a minimum, I'd check for spots where the hose might be wearing through but if not worn then replacing the hoses is not necessary.

Come to think of it, do you want your bars to be like a steel girder, transmitting 100% of every hit? Shock absorption is a feature, not a bug...
Mind you, when I put these cheapo aero bars on my main bike, I had this Kalloy Uno stem on there, which is like a cheap copy of a 3T Arx, weighing about 120g, and the front end was heaps noodly. Popped a beefy Zipp stem on, weighing another 20g, and it was perfect; it's like the springiness of the bars doesn't go to waste when I stand on it.

Not currently in stock but listed at $176 here: https://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/ritch...carbon-bars-1/
I paid $187 a few years ago for mine.
I can attest to their perfect-ness. My only minor gripe was that feeding compressionless brake housing through the internal channels wasn’t the easiest task. But most people won’t have that issue.

Oh yeah, you mean the beaded stuff? It's a right bastard, especially if the beads aren't tight on the liner, and free to move along it... Alligator i-link is like that, and even worse, thanks to the little bulges on one end of each bead. Jagwire Elite Link is way easier.

...ha ha... I did the same on eight bikes about 1 1/2 years ago. So far so, good. Every now and then, I tried to push on them as hard as I could and nothing happened.
Anyway, they are more than adequate for my recreational riding, ~14mph/~80 cadence on mostly flat route)
