Fort Sheridan warning

Beware heightened police activity in Ft Sheridan (north of Chicago). They are pulling bikes over for running stop signs. A solo 60+ rider in front of us was pulled over this morning - 7:30 a.m. and not a car in sight.

Yeah, that happens from time-to-time. You can avoid the Fort by continuing west on Walker to Waukegan. (Of course, maybe the police are happy to encourage that. I don't know.)
