It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". you can build 1300g wheelset for around $600, but you have to build them yourself. 280g carbon rim and CX-Ray from aliexpress, DT350s hubs from eBay
