Cool deal at a local trailhead

Peavine Trail
Prescott, AZ

Maybe there's things like this in other places, but it's the first one I've seen.

I'm looking forward to the day when I'm proficient with each one of those tools!

The local mup (Louisville Loop)--has bike repair stations in several locations. They appear to have a good variety of tools att'd to them.

We have a couple of those on a local trail in Chester County PA. I've used the once or twice. They are a great resource. Glad to see other areas are using them.

We had them in Tucson on the "Loop" mups, but they were vandalized to the point that they were removed.

Hopefully they do better in Prescott. On a side note, I'll be up that way next week (Flagstaff), I hope to get some dirt miles in while I'm there.

I haven't been up there with the bike yet. I'm trying to familiarize myself with all the trails here locally (the ones that aren't out of my league), then I'll expand to Camp Verde, Sedona and Flagstaff.

I hope you do get to ride on your visit. I'd be interested to hear how it goes.

There is a few of these around here in BC, mostly at sanctioned trails.

If Prescott is like Tucson, there's probably enough trails to keep you busy for a good while.

Awesome scout project. I'm see more pop up by me but they are commercial versions made by Park with a pump.
I'm going to show this to a pal of mine who's a scout master. Thanks for sharing
