I just posted these dropouts in a different thread and realized i have know clue what these are worth.

That flat/close to vertical rear dropout looks very much like the one on this Aero Gitane for sale at eBay:

Almost looks like stamped steel because it's so flat.....I suspect it's forged though.
The Gitane is from the 80's whick might make the ones you have from the same period.

Wow that's a beautiful Gitane. I believe the vertical dropouts are 1060 sport.
