Titanium colored bolts

Has anyone tried colorized titanium bolts like these?

https://www.amazon.com/Areyourshop-M5x16mm-Titanium-Tapered-Washer/dp/B076LHTX1F/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1528607542&sr=8-7&keywords=ti%2Bm5%2Bbolts&linkCode=sl1&tag=ridesofjapan-20&linkId=64cc7f39d63482a6cfc2d9831124be91&th=1&psc=1

Does the finish wear off easily?

I would recommend ProTi: https://www.protiglobal.com,

They used to do Bike specific kits but now they don't but they still make all the sizes. The big thing with going with their stuff it their bolts are forged so they are going to be stronger and they are anodized for a color that will last longer.

That looks pretty cool. Where can you go to buy them?

They are great, sad that they stopped their bike department but I can understand it was a niche boutique item.

Alas not yet but I have planned on buying them for a while, I keep hemming and hawing because there are so many other parts I need to buy for other bikes as well as amassing my tool collection so really awesome bolts are lower on the list as I can live more without them. I may treat myself when COVID is over.

OK - if you promise not to tell anyone...yes, I have a few of those things on my bike

Mine are around a year or so old, the cheapest ones I could find in the right size on fleabay, work the same as any other hardware, and are in places that I don't hardly touch so the color seems unaffected...

Kind of a cool interesting look! This is kind of on the same level as custom headset caps which I have been perusing lately but just haven’t pulled the trigger yet...
