Addiction LXXX

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Maybe winter wouldn't be so bad if I fattened up more?

BEATS ME.

Your post can't consist solely of all caps. Additional text in a light color is one way to cheat it.

I have been doing the "hanging by the arms" thing for a minute or two a day. My back has not felt this good, since my first slipped / ruptured disc at age 27. Hanging dramatically improves circulation, and relieves all the places in your back, neck and shoulders that have tension stored up in them like a spring.

A friend of mine in his 70's tried climbing a tree for the first time in decades, and tore tendons in his shoulders, which probably can't ever be repaired. I would like to avoid this type of thing, if possible.

This could help in determining W'. I would just put 5000 in there and see how efforts over threshold look. Then adjust from there.
