Schwinn High Sierra with Paramount head badge

I've seen the numbers stamped in different places on the badges. I believe different factories used different stamp dies, so one stamped in Taiwan by Giant might be different from one stamped in Japan by Panasonic or in the US by Schwinn.
The first number looks to be a factory mistake, it's even stamped a little differently than the others.

Just for history sake, I picked up a 1984 Schwinn High Sierra yesterday, and it has the Paramount headbadge as well, with the same code 1223 (I believe there is a 3 after the 122). BB shell has the G0483 serial number, and fork steer tube is marked Tange 3C for March 1983 as well. Painted black, not sure if it is original or not, chrome bull moose handlebars, Sugino RT crankset with the single key removal, Deerhead RD. Suntour thumb shifters, Mountech FD, DiaCompe brakes, Suntour XCII pedals. I have run out of room for bikes this trip so I was planning on dropping it off. Now with the Paramount headbadge, I will keep it a while.
