Dutch Bike at Costco
Cheese, that is. Saw it and had to try it. Quite flavorful.

Well, that's how you dumb down a flavor for a suspicious mass market

Cheese with a hint of Dutch, Swiss and Italian cheeses - so really it's a European bike.

Gouda is a generic term for semi-soft washed pressed and waxed young cheese, and can be made anywhere.
Swiss is a generic term for a US cheese (some made in Canada, tiny amount made elsewhere, none made in Switzerland), usually with holes but not always.
Parmesan is a generic term for a hard grate-able (or pre-grated, think green cardboard can), which can be made anywhere.

I like bikes, I like cheese. I don't want bike-flavored cheese.

If it comes from Costco, they bought it cheap. Draw your own conclusions, but untasted - i cannot evaluate a step thru, mixed breed edible lacking a palmares.
