I think we call it "crushed ice."

Since being diagnosed with advanced metastatic breast cancer, Mrs Tomlinson has become the only cancer patient to complete a full Ironman triathlon and the first person to run a marathon while on chemotherapy.
WOW... that is pretty amazing... GO GURL!!!

Thanks genec. I had no idea what that was. Actually I wouldn't mind being sprayed by a few loose chippings this time of year. Especially if one itty bitty chipping made it's way slowly down my back along my spine. The Coke bottle is bad, but I don't know if she could handle the thought of a truck bomb.

I think 'loose chippings' refers to the rock used on 'chip & seal' or 'chip seal' road surfaces.

In other words, the b*****d was trying to spray them with gravel.

I'm pretty sure trying to injure or kill someone with terminal cancer while they are raising money for charity earns you a reserved seat in hell.

And that is why I'm misanthropic.
If she can fight through cancer she won't be deterred by some stupid redneck.

It totally enrages me to see some damned cretin who has probably never done anything to improve anyone's life deliberately assaulting someone trying to make a difference not just for herself but for everyone. He probably tears the wings off flies and drowns kittens too.

It seems like these bottle assualts are becoming more common. I just had a thread about me getting struck with a full pop bottle last weekend.

Bastards!

Having lost both parents to cancer and having two sisters who have made it through breast cancer I applaud the effort and courage or Jane!

Hope the Lewis PD finds the b(*(^d and charges him with a felony.
