Specialized accessories
Would it be weird to wear Specialized glove/helmet/kit without a Specialized bike? I like some of their stuffs but I don't own one of their bikes.

Nope, not weird. I've never owned a Spec bike, but their helmets and shoes fit me better than any alternatives that I've come across (I also used to ride their saddles, but I like the Pro Stealth more these days).

Do it! I really like the fit, feel, and finish of their products. I also happen to own a Spesh bike, but that is beside the point (I have brand loyalty to them since they were founded near my childhood home and my dad once worked for them in the 80s).

Do what works for you. You also don't have to be color coordinated.

I ride Trek frames, Enve wheels, Specialized saddles and shoes. I choose the best tool for the job.

Nope, I wear Spec gloves and an EvadeII helmet on my Giant and Fuji. Altho...I am currently building a Tarmac, so now I'll match.

Not at all, especially considering Specialized didn't sell bikes in the beginning, just parts and accessories. Founded in 1974, they didn't sell their first bike until 1981.

I wanted to post something silly related to this a while back, asking how mixed up people's gear were brandwise. I sometimes ride my Giant with Specialized stem and saddle wearing a Trek helmet and Scott shoes. The stem was free, saddle is great, helmet was best rated aero road style and fit my head, and shoes were a great price for double-Boa. I would expect other people's mashups to similarly have good reasons.
I think the only item I'd be reluctant to wear because of brand mismatch are jerseys, e.g., I see Giordana Michelton-Scott replica pro jerseys discounted online, but would feel wrong wearing one without a Scott bike in my stable. Or maybe it's just that I'm not a super fan, although I like them.

For a few years my team was sponsored by a Specialized shop but that relationship ended and we got a Cannondale deal, so the logos on our jerseys changed, but I kept on riding my Tarmac. No one cares.

I've had a Specialized stand pump for over 10 years now.
We recently got a Hardrock for the kids to graduate from striders. The 12" wheels on the Hardrock are to small to allow the chuck for the Spesh pump in between the spokes, so I've had to pump their tires with the mini pump. The only ever Specialized bike that any of our family has owned is the only one in our stable that can't be pumped with the Specialized pump.
I did rent a Roubaix once, it was a nice bike.

Use their shoes and gloves exclusively.

I'm going against the grain here. Not because I think it's a big No-No, but because I don't do it. I ride a Specialized and their helmets and gloves are top notch. May try their shoes the next time I have the need. I think the rest of their clothing is over priced, so I stick mostly with PI clothing from Amazon. That said, I personally would not wear a kit for a bike I don't ride. This is my own preference. I do this with a lot of things. Once I started owning cars, I would not wear a t-shirt of a car I didn't drive. That's just me.

I’ve been wearing Specialized shoes as they make them in wide widths. But now as owner of a Roubaix, my dealer carries their stuff and I now have gloves, helmet and socks as well. They make quality accessories.

I wear Spec shoes on my Trek bike. While I like their bikes too I hate the local Spec dealer so ended up with the Trek since I really like the dealer.
