Bare/naked/custom-colored aluminum track frame (–$1000) recommendations

I'm looking to buy a high quality, aluminum track frame that's bare or that I can custom-order in any color. My price range is up to $1000. Does anyone have any suggested companies to check out?

He does aluminum too. I've seen examples in the wild.

+1 for spicer if you want custom.
