4 uninterupted bike path? which 4?
Just wondering, in this page, they mentioned 4 uninterrupted bike path in LA, 2 are Ballona Creek bike path and LA river. What are the other 2?
I supposed 1 would be the bike path all the beach?

From the article, both Ballona and the LA river trail are only 8 miles or so, which would qualify them as warmups for the SGRT or SART.

There is also Coyote Creek Trail, which starts where the San Gabriel crosses the bridge a couple miles from Seal Beach, and ends in La Mirada/Norwalk. It's about 8-10 miles.

I used to live in Playa Del Rey and would ride Ballona inland, and then get off and continue on surface streets. It used to be a nice path near the marina but it quickly degraded into nasty pavement and flat hazards for the second half of the trail. Has it gotten any better?
I'd say neither path can hold a candle to either SGRT or SART for traffic free riding.

I rode a short-stretch of Ballona Creek about 3 years ago and it was great. In fact, the whole trip made me patriotic about California. (Well, maybe not San Pedro so much.)
