Garmin charging cradle

I just posted a new thing on Thingiverse and thought people might be interested.

It's a charging cradle for Garmin Edge 530, 830, 1030, and 1030 Plus computers. It uses the charging pins those computers have in their quarter turn mount. It requires a few extra parts because it's really hard to make something even slightly electrical with just 3D printer filament.

Comments and feedback welcome.

It's a great idea. One weak point on the 1030 (can't speak as to others) is the USB cover on the 1030 I'm always worried I'm going to break it off being stupid. This solves that.

Yeah, charging port covers are all fragile and a pain to deal with. The nice thing about this it only takes one hand to plug it in. A quarter turn to remove it from the bike, snap into the charger, easy. Heck, it could even be called "wireless."
