Check ebay on the completed auctions listing. Those parts are mint but not NOS anymore since they've been ridden a bit, that will hurt the resale value. I'd guess you could get maybe $200 for all the rest of the parts, maybe $75 - 100 more if you also sell the wheels and tires (minus any ebay fees of course). Based on that, I'd pass, I don't think that is a $300 frame.

Ridiculous price. If it is an obscene/ridiculous market, I would be looking on ebay instead. I have bought some really nice bikes on ebay (have to be selective).
If you are looking on ebay and want a Japanese frameset, search a lot of brands: Univega, Lotus, Miyata, Panasonic, Nishiki, Schwinn (some models were made in Japan), Bridgestone, etc. I did a quick search of recent completed auctions, saw some nice Univegas at attractive prices.
