I'm in for 100+. I haven't done over 100 miles in a month since October. I rode all of 25 miles last month, and the weather is certainly cooperating to be able to commute.

So far 0 miles. Hoping to ride to work tomorrow (despite the supposed 40º in the morning). That'll give me 1/4 of my goal.

Only got 70km in this week so far. I have a 60km day tomorrow with my morning ride and the commute later. Plan on 2 60-70km rides on Saturday and Sunday. That should keep me on track for my second 1000km with no breaks 2 months and not one day off. Doing great.

If I ride that far I can I lose 1kg a week. Already dropped from 101.5kg to 95.8kg. Just another 10kg to go and I hit my goal. Sadly my bikes are having a hard time. Lost a spoke this morning which means my commute will be on the older MTB which isn't nearly as fun... and I can't officially log my milage as the computer got transferred to the new bike. I think 1000km a month is an easily obtainable goal with only 2 hours every morning and 3-4 hours each day during the weekend. I'd love to do more and see just how far I can go till I want to die, but family and job issues restrict that.

+12.5 today.
Over the weekend a cold materialized, rode to work on Monday and regretted it. Took the last two days off as total rest while overloading on Emergency. The rest did lots of good.
