24 inch tubular

Anyone have a source for 24 inch tubulars? A friend is working on a Schwinn funny bike. Alternatively, can anyone point me to a source for a nice 24 inch clincher front wheel?

Amazon shows Vittoria Juniors for $50/ea. May also be a racing wheelchair size, so other options may exist. And there are several ISO designations that are referred to as 24", so make sure you're getting the right one. Looks like from Sheldon Brown 24" could equal anywhere from 520 ISO to 547 ISO

Sportaid.com (24" tubulars are popular with wheelchair racers) Unlike clinchers all 24" tubulars are the same size

650c (ISO571) gets lumped into the 26" category (along with others up to ISO597)

I have a slightly used 24" Tufo tubular. Kept as a spare for my Schwinnasonic. In a pinch I'll be happy to drop at USPS.
