My new '84 Trek 620. How'd I do?
I've been trolling Craigslist for a classic tourer to take on weekend bike camping trips, and after missing a couple good deals I snapped this up. It's one size smaller than I'd like but it feels alright. I got it for $125, and didn't realize till after I got home the scraping sound coming from the front hub. I'm gonna try my hand at overhauling it myself and hopefully it doesn't need new cones. Other than that it rides well. Shifts and brakes well. Needs a good cleaning. I'm both curious if the price I paid was decent, and what a good asking price would be if I decide to sell it one day.
Oh also, I read somewhere the rear Helicomatic hub referred to as "dreaded". What's its deal?

You did great while a bit neglected the parts and frame look great and should clean up nice. After clean up ready to ride likely a $300-400 bike.
