Rusty old Schwinn ;-)
No affiliation. This is not my bike and not my ad: https://newlondon.craigslist.org/bik...931253304.html
That's no Suburban, right? That's a fillet-brazed Super Sport, based on the circular Schwinn head badge, presence of a kickstand, and stem shifters. Isn't it?
I talked to the seller a bit today. But I don't need another project. Maybe you do.

Yes indeed that appears to be a '72 Super Sport. Missing too many original parts and a bit rough for my taste but somebody could make a project out of it.

Good eye. Bullet seat stays. I’ve been on the hunt for a local ss for some time. Have three conti’s and find the ride great. For 45 those handle bars are worth a look.

The bars a larger Randonneur bars which allow for several nice riding positions. As for value the bike while rough is worth more than the asking price and should make for a great project bike a bit heavy but a very nice rider.

Couple pics to show the bend of those handle bars. I rarely use the drops and with these bars there is a slight lift in the bend before the lever.
