Custom bolt-on top tube bag manufacturers
Does any know of any company that makes custom bolt-on top tube bags? I cant seem to find any on the internet.

Ask him if he will make what you want. Robert Beckman Design was the premier US custom touring bag maker but his website does not seem to be working anymore.

Rogue Panda always comes to mind when talking full custom bike bags. You might also ask Andrew the Maker, Rockgiest and Oveja Negra (they made my non-custom half-frame bag and honestly couldn't be happier) I am sure one of those three if not all three would be able to do it. Probably most of these smaller makers would do it so long as you aren't going absolutely crazy but that is a hard bag to go crazy on.
