Peugeot
just picked this up today. Was sitting in a backyard for at least 4 years. Looks like a made in Canada bike. Trying to figure out the model as top tube has no markings. Anyone know anything about this bike?

Peugeot was a French company, but not sure if by the late 90's, which I suspect is the age of your bike based on the parts, if they were still owned by the Peugeot group. Seems to be in decent shape for a bike left outside. Nothing valuable but a good older steel 26r with decent parts. The fork may need servicing as the rubber parts could be worn out due to time and the elements. Clean her up and give a ride. Let us know how you made out.
