Fair warning received, @SpinClassSara! We'll keep an eye out for you in la Vuelta. Be careful, @ooga-booga might actually deliver in his favorite Grand Tour.

Speaking of fair warning, I now fear you may have a large tribe coming after you. Texas Aggies have been called many things (most of them deservedly so!) but rarely non-American. Keep your head down.

i have never finished less than catatonic in the vuelta so you'd better watch out. adding adam yates to the new pantheon of overpromisers (not a word but should be) and underachievers.

and as far as alpha males in this thread are concerned...seems like there is a little posturing and preening but, deep down inside, all the boys really want and need is a fudgsicle (maybe two)
on a hot summer day. putty in your hands...same as always.

the giro and (especially) the vuelta usually beat the tdf like an old rug needing to be cleared of dirt/dust. methinx this could be the best tour in nearly two decades tho.

post #11 in the thread. yes? no? definitely probably maybe?

I hate those nearly naked bicycle skids.
not super helpful (generally) during those infrequent/scattered speed-dating encounters...beware the (true) vampires or wannabes.

ozzie ozzie ozzie oy oy y'all

They're vindictive, those Aggies.

If you want to get one off your porch, there's no way around it. You're going to have to pay them for the pizza.
