New Old Rider
Hi Everyone,
Karl here, and ...
Been planning on getting back into riding after spending the last 4 months on a stationary precor, going nowhere and getting stronger. I am going to start riding to work a couple times a week and progress up to as much as the weather here in MN will allow (with reasonable comfort). Thinking that being on the larger side of our species, cooler weather might actually work to my benefit extending my ability to ride with it cooling off here in a few months.
What initially attracted me here to bikeforums.net was google searches for items related to large riders and I have found the clydesdale section to be very informative. I look forward to being here and sharing with others
Regards

Greetings,
I'm another retired rider. I've been working on the setup for winter biking here in Michigan.
The tire studs seem to be ticket for traction on the icy stuff. I'm going to be testing that out in a couple of months.
Good luck
