Last month was a good one for me - good weather around here and got to 406 miles.

For this month, I am looking for 250 miles and spending time to build a new bike with fenders

I'm throwing my hat into the ring hoping that it will make me more accountable to myself. I'm still recovering from a knee injury and one of the things that my Ortho guy really wants me doing is cycling. So, even though I barely peddled all summer, I've been at it a little in the last couple of weeks. Mostly I was on the trainer in the basement, afraid to push my injury. But, yesterday I went to the store (2mi) and today I went over the bridge (6mi), so I'm up to 8, which is almost 10 so I'm basically 10% word that 100 mile goal. if there were 50 days in the month I'd be all set.

11-04 2
11-05 6
11-07 8
11-11 1
11-12 13.5

Numbers are a little skewed ... I'm doing the FTP Builder on Zwift so it's more of a time thing, but whatever.

Thanks! Though old age (55) is catching up to me and I was beat after the ride.

Another short ride last night, putting me up to 60 for the month.
