Anyone have a source for 24" road bike tubes/tires?
I am pleased that my son is active in riding his youth road bike (marathon).
It is similar in set up to a women's Terry - 27 1/4" wheel in the back and smaller 24" wheel in the front.
Problem is the 24" tire and tube are original and gave out.
I checked around and only see 24" mountain bike tubes. They are too wide for a road bike set up and I don't think they will inflate properly with a road bike wheel.
Anyone have a source or link for 24" road bike tubes and a replacement tire?'

A customer came in the other day looking for a more road oriented 24" tire for his daughters mtb. You can get a 24x1 in the Panaracer Pasela and Kenda makes a 24x1-3/8 in their Street K40. The Paselas are like $30 and the Kenda is about half that through QBP.

Caution!- there are at least 4 different rim sizes that are all nominally listed as being "24" wheels. Be sure to verify which ISO rim size you actually have before searching tires!! Terrys used a 520mm rim size but your might be different.

Check to see if your fork has clearance and brake arm reach to swap to a 559mm (standard MTB 26") rim with a narrow road tire. See the following thread where a 540mm juvenile bike was re-built with 559 rims. https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...light=juvenile
The one other failry common 24" size you missed in your pasted table above are 24" MTB rims which are 507mm. Tubes are much more adaptable, no need to find exact fit tubes if you stay with 547mm tire size, common narrow 26"mtb tubes will probably work fine.
