Hydration
I don’t like to take my hands off the bars when I ridegravel and a result; I tend to not drink as much as I should. In addition, Idon’t like wearing a hydration pack during my rides. I’ve been looking forwater bottle lid that would have a hydration tube attached that I could whichwould allow me to drink while more while riding. I’ve looked high and low onthe internet and have not been able to find one. Have any of you seen somethinglike this?
FYI – The one I did find doesn’t appear as though it willfit normal water bottles (polar or camelback)

they use Sigg Sports bottles , with drink tubes in the cockpit of Formula 1 race cars..
Triathlete gear may have what you want.. look for that stuff. (I'm not, I don't)

Too much distance to suck though in traditional bottle mount locations and an unweidly hose. You could try one of those head gear beer holder things over your helmet?

I've seen guys scared to grab a bottle on a group ride on smooth pavement, or scared to reach in their jersey pocket. One time I moved over, sat up and removed my arm warmers with both hands off the bar and shoved them into my jersey. One guy was genuinely astounded anyone could do that while riding.

Your options are to practice riding one handed on both sides and/or get a frame back and a water bladder, or perhaps look into a waist hydration pack that sits low and doesn't cover your whole back.

Handlebar mounts. Racers used 'em for decades. Add a straw.
I know the feeling of being off balance when reaching down. Probably influences me to drink less on gravel but we don't have many long unbroken stretches of rough gravel.
A couple of months ago I got my first road bike in 30+ years, an older bike with downtube shifters. I wouldn't ride around other people for the first few weeks until my balance was better reaching for shifts. Took awhile to get the hang of it again, well enough to do it smoothly and quickly without veering off my line.

I'd love a decent bar setup like that.
edit: between the arm setups have straws, so you just have to bend over. But they're pricey.
