I'm looking for a silver 26 inch (559 BSD) 36h rim, with an ERD of around 546 and interior width of 20mm.
I have a set of wheels that came extra and built the rear up with a Suntour hub, but I overestimated my ability to correct the flat spots on the wheel. So far, the tension difference is too great, and trying to force the rim outward hasn't worked. I have assorted parts to trade, and I'm willing to pay as well.

From the cheap seats; It looks like you are heading toward contacting Junk and Bargains International. New rims at lower costs, but you have to have a dealers license to buy from them. I use a lot of the Sun rims for the inexpensive builds that need new wheels. I get few if any used rims with no defects, the exception this last week was a set of Montreals that were on a less used track set up. Smiles, MH

It took me a couple days to realize this was likely directed at me. I've never been at ease with responding to names that aren't of my choosing.
My experiences have been different from yours. Several months ago, I received two very excellent sets of rims (one NOS) from this very thread. I realize it is the exception, but this is an exceptional group. My fallback is getting a set of Velo-Orange PBPs, but I'm willing to explore whether I can find a set of rims that cost me less than $100 to get to my door, and which I know will require me spending another $35 or so on spokes (since all my current spokes are about 2mm too long).
I've built plenty of wheels using Sun Rims, but I would like to go with something that's a bit lighter, but not as light as the inexpensive Weinmanns that I have sometimes used. Wish I could still trust the company that used to be called Niagara. They had the best selection of rims anywhere, and they always did right by me. Now, I struggle just to get into their site.

Looking for three stems similar to this for the kids “Velo Yellow” track bike project. Since I’m covering this part of the build cost, as affordable as possible would be preferable.
Neck does not have to be as long as this one, so long as the rise and length is roughly the same.

I MAY have a pair of NOS Mavic Pro Elite rims in 32 hole in The Lab. I've used these with 32 sized tires without any problem (at Eroica, which is a tough testing ground). Don't know where Hardy, VA is but I'm in NoVA near DC.

Hardy (or at least the part of it that I'm in), is about 10 miles Southeast of Roanoke. If we do swing a deal, I'll either opt for shipping, or put you up for a night or two when you come down here to see the spectacular foliage along the Blue Ridge.

It almost certainly does not matter as long as it fits the hole. Threading is not critical to function in this part and I doubt most Gitane owners are so picky about how authentic is the part....but that's just my opinion.

ISO derailleur
I am in need of a Shimano 9 speed front derailleur, 6500, or any shimano compatible with 6500, clamp on 31.8. I can purchase or maybe trade depending on needs. I do have 2 175mm cranksets, 6400 and 6500. I have 53, 42 and 39 tooth rings. Some of the rings are barely used or used but VGS. Crank arms are also in good shape. Also have some stems and handlebars, also barely used or VGS. Pictures available as needed. If you have a derailleur you can part with, it would be much appreciated.

ISO Clamp-On Downtube Cable Stop
ISO down tube cable stops, the old clamp-on style. They can be Campy, Shimano, or Suntour - it does not matter. What does matter is that they are clean. I'm not looking for NOS, just gently used clean stops. Oh, it is for a Raleigh Gran Sport/Grand Sports.
