Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

With the waterproof casing, almost 200 grams - it's the stuff of nightmares, innit? If I mount it on my helmet, it doesn't count towards bike weight, though, right?

That almost weighs as much as my helmet.

ordered this a couple of days ago through bikesdirect.com for $279 : https://www.motobecane.com/track/trk.html

WHAT A DEAL!

I was looking to replace my worn out Lemond Etape as a primary commuter any sort of of upgrade to that bike, I just couldn't justify the cost. I'll probably steal the seat post and fork depending on the ride quality out of the box.

Very Very nice johnny. You have a small decision to make. Are you going to use the black or the metal as the main accent to the bike. You don't usually see both on a bike like that. Very nice indeed.

Not the bike pictured but the new garage door sitting behind it. Helps to enhance all those bike photos we all seem to love to take.
