nah nah nah nah....

I just barley made my 300 last month, to much overtime at work right now.

Shooting for 250 this month, but with a fifty scheduled for the end of the month, might blow that number away.

7/2: 22 miles. It is so nice to put up a number for miles. I miss riding. Though it was painful and I had to piss like four times but it was worth it!

Put me down for 150mi. That's about double what I did this past month. But I should be able to do it. I'm going to try to commute once a week which will count for almost 50 miles.

Who knows;

070212 14.56 miles

070512 13.54 miles 13.45 mph

071012 16.00 miles 14.05 mph

071112 19.1 miles 13.76 mph Will be riding more; my walking partner is down with a neck injury; I would go withtout him but my walking partner is my dog Bear and he gets all sad if I go without him. He is on Crate (bed) Rest for two or three weeks then I will bet we do short distance for about a month till he gets tone back in his neck/upper back.
At 550 miles YTD I am half of what I did last year but just looked at bikejounal numbers for last year and I had +/- 0 at this point. So, I could do 1500 this year assuming I only ride what I did last year and do nothing the rest of July (which will not happen!!

071212 18.03 miles 12.78 mph I hate head winds!!!!! As for Bear he is doing better limp is gone; we will conitnue the lazer treatments anad hope for his full recovery.

072412 12.75 10.68 mph Rode with my son so the speed was slow. Did not ride as much as I thought I would work and other stuff got in the way!!!!

073112 10.37 @ 11.43 mph Rode agin with my son so that is the slower time/speed

I just made 100 (106) miles in June but I was mostly MTB and only did a couple road rides. Planning more road in July so hopefully mileage will go up 34 miles in already, so I'll set my goal for 200 miles this month.

My goal last month was 200 and I ended up breaking 300 miles so i guess I'll shoot for 350 this month. So far after 2 days I'm up to 30.6. Not a bad start.

7-1 - 1 mile with my 4 yo son, this was a test of my ultra low speed riding. He would get up to almost 10mph (pretty good I thought) then slam on his brakes and barely be moving around 2mph.
7-2 - 6.7 mi
7-3 - 12.8 mi

19.5 MTD (can't count that first mile, really)

Broke a spoke on that ride and took my wheel to the shop today so I won't be riding for a couple days.
Oh whatever shall I do???
