Found this guy on Youtube. He's a natural at being a trainer.
I like his approach to training, which is an understatement.
You have to watch a bunch of his videos before you really get
what he's saying. Not for beginners! If you don't spend a few months
conditioning your body first, the kind of intensity he talks about will put
you in rehab for months.
