Pinarello Prince Comfort/ 30c Tires

So I have been so confused about my next bike.
I got a chance to ride a couple last weekend and one of them was the prince. I loved the responsiveness and speed of the frame and it felt so lively. But when I was done I did reflect on feeling a bit more road vibration than im used to. The bikeshop then let me try the aethos which was more comfortable, but seemed less lively.
So part of me really wants the prince because of its look, the really good deal on offer because its last years model, and the lively handling responsiveness. The fit was also spot on. The other part is worried about mile 50 on a long ride. I have asked some other users and they all seem to have put on 28 mm tires and new wheels. I will not be able to buy new wheels so the question is has anyone ridden this on the same wheels for long distances? How does it feel? Anyone with experience squeezing in 30 mm tires? ( the official clearance is for 28).

Another bike I am considering is the canyon ultimate. I really don't like the blue frame though ( silly reason I know). I am also not sure about paying so much for a bike i haven't ridden, but all the reviews seem to say it is exactly what I would enjoy.

Any other suggestions I should try out? A comfy but responsive/ lively/ fast frame?
