I think that it has to be constructive for it to be of any value. I'm sure that there's no shortage of people saying "I like X feature enough that I'm really upset about it being removed, but it's not valuable enough that I'd be willing to pay for it." That's hypocritical and unhelpful. If people were to write that a certain feature was worth, oh, $15 a year to them but that they weren't interested in the full kit and caboodle $60 a year package, then that might have some value.

Don't don't get me wrong - they're good tires. I just don't think that there is anything meaningfully separating them from the top offerings of the other major manufacturers.

Here is the letter I sent to Strava. I had to send it via "feedback" since their site does not seem to have a "contact us" email that I could find easily.
-----
Dear Strava,
I am a longstanding user of your program and wanted to offer some feedback about the recent changes. I have used Strava since 2012 and do enjoy it. I am not a super-competitive cyclist, I am a “enthusiast” club level rider. I don’t race. I don’t even train or use a heart rate monitor or a power meter. I do ride 3 times/week and typically log about 8000 miles per year.
I have enjoyed using your product over the past 8 years and am saddened to find out that some of the basic features I enjoyed are no longer available. Although I am not very competitive, I did spend a few minutes post-ride to see how I did on segments. I would eyeball the leaderboard for the day and the year (sometimes getting a high place, but oftentimes not), and also see if current efforts were comparable to efforts in the past. I am 55 years old, and I know that I have more PR’s behind me than in front of me, but even so I enjoyed reviewing my efforts.
I do understand that you must become profitable. However, it’s unfortunate that you could not allow long-standing Strava users to be grandfathered into keeping the fairly basic features they have enjoyed. These features are not worth me paying $60 yearly so I will NOT be signing up for the premium version. I expect most enthusiast cyclists like me feel the same way. Perhaps a more basic version that keeps what used to be free at a much lower price-point could be considered.
I am sure you have heard some less than positive feedback from some users. It’s understandable, given that many features that had been free and taken for granted have now been taken away and available only for those who pay for it.
Regards,
datlas

Tires have been picked up, the car has been dropped off. The shop should have me ready to roll in a couple few hours.
I hope that online hype is real and that the rolling resistance, grip and suppleness improvements will have a transformative effect on my rides.

It's silver. Almost 20 years old. Sadly I did not take care of the finish like I should have and some of it has worn through on the valves now.

+1. I have that on one monitor, and that other feed in another. Occasionally muting one or the other.
Maybe I should look for other feeds.
Hmmm, looks like Nasa has 3 live feeds going. I was only on the "Making History..." one. Now I've got the one that TV channel was sharing going on youtube -
Oooh, big paste.
