That's a 70s Fuji Finest. I have one. FMV pre pandemic was right around $200 in that condition. Perhaps $300-$400 today once you fix it up?

Don't know the exact year, but this one seems very similar. I like the fact that it is fully chromed underneath three coats of enamel.

Agreed, it's a Fuji Fineset. Based on the non-drive side picture, it could be anywhere from 1972 to 1976. Besides the atrocious handlebar set-up, the OEM wheelset is long gone and the crankset appears to have been replaced too, based on the cut-outs in the spider arm. The OP will know the value far better than me.

The blocky letters of the downtube "FUJI" suggest '75 or '76.

Hi oddjob2. Long time no hear. Hope you & your loved ones are doing well during these difficult times. With the shiny foil graphics, top tube brake cable clamps, center pull brakes and, chrome socks I would guess it's early 1970's vintage. A nice looking piece except for the weird handlebars & kickstand. With all those sweet parts it's worth at least $100 as - is (if it's junk). If it rolls & has good tires then, maybe closer to $200. It looks like a very nice 56cm frame. Be good. Have fun.
