Bicycle Mechanics & Repairs How do I remove this wheel axle?

Hi, I‘m trying to remove this Oval Concept wheel axle to inspect the bearings. Any ideas? Both sides are the same and the rear wheel is similar.
Picture below a few posts down as the forum will not allow me to post a pic until I’ve made ten posts without any links. 🤷‍♂️

Pop off the rubber seal gently with a small flat screw driver and you'll need two cone wrenches. Only undo one side but remove the seal from the other side and make sure they're tight together.
