Ultra Torque
Hello, when installing Campagnolo Ultra Torque cranks, (I have the bearing pressed onto the axle on the drive side) Do I put grease on the inside of the cups and assembly before assembly? The bearing on the drive side is bare and has no seal.

general practice is to grease unless some stated otherwise. I, and many, wrenches have greased press in cartridge bearing seats for decades with no issues. Having said that some fits are not a slight interference ones and need a retaining compound to keep located. Very few bike are done this way and a partial dry fit of the bearing will tell you if the fit is a slip in one or a press in one. Andy

Unless it's a super record CULT bearing, yes. If it is a CULT, they have special oil.
