This it the thread I found on CGOAB about June Curry the Cookie Lady. Its over 300 pages but just looking at some of the touring gear is pretty cool.

I didn't make it until page 190. I managed to spend 2 nights at the Hostel Since it was a rainy Saturday, and I got to walk to church with June. She was a delight and a huge asset to the cycling community. The link goes to some of the earlier bikes passing through, but the lady featured isn't June. Not that it's a big deal. Just thought there might be some confusion.
I had hoped to make a return trip through as I was doing the Natchez Trace and Blue Ridge Pkwy on this trip but always thought I had a long trip in me. I did, but as things worked out I stayed close to the Atlantic Coast and didn't come back south until central Tennessee. June was a treasure and is missed.
I encourage people to go flip through and see the assorted wanders who stopped in.
'Ride your bike!'
