Concord Raven road bike

never herd of this bike? or brand?? is it a low end or middle or high end?

Concord Raven road bike,ready to ride,very good condition.Araya 120 tubing,Araya wheels 27x1-1/4,Dia-comp brakes,Shimano Eagle rear and Shimano Thunderbird front derailleurs,21 inch(53cm) frame-center of crank to top seat tube,31 inch stand-over height.Made in Japan.

The Eagle was a pretty low end dérailleur, I found one on a Firestone bike I pulled out of my neighbors trash. The only parts worth saving on that bike were the Dia-Compe brakes.

So I assume that it is a fairly low end bike.

+1 Eagle and Thunderbird = bottom end.

Japanese Concord tended to be low end and heavy. What I can see in that picture screams bottom of the line.
