1/13 - 31.1 - Craps in both legs, did not refuel nor rest properly from Saturdays ride. Lesson learned with day off Monday back in the saddle on Tuesday. Still on pace to hit the monthly goal both here and the 10 k calorie burn on ZWIFT!!!
1/16 - 17.23 - took a couple days off to re-hydrate and re-focus after the poor performance on the 13th.
1/17 - 20.19 - Gran Fondo Over/Under Tempo - Felt GREAT and ride went fast!!! Could be due to the set up of the training program within Zwift.
1/20 - 53.91 Gran Fondo - the Long Ride - 2 x 30 min Tempo with Surges - Great ride!!! 15 degrees in the garage and feet felt cold and numb. Don't know if I need a seat adjustment or if it was just the cold weather.
1/22 - 17.85 - I think I am hitting a wall. The weather is really cold and my body is feeling fatigued a lot quicker. I am hoping it is the cold BUT I think it has more to do with my diet and I am burning more than my body is consuming. I find myself taking more days off due to fatigue.

Goal 325 - GOAL RESET DUE TO LONGER RIDES IN THE GRAN FONDO TRAINING PROGRAM IN ZWIFT. indoor training on KICKR SNAP on ZWIFT Gran Fondo training plan.

I've been able to get out for two weekends in January and was able to ride 100 miles each weekend. I also ride Zwift.

FYI - I ride a Hammer H2 on Zwift and I find the Zwift miles more difficult than outdoor miles.

YMMV

Outside Miles 200
Zwift Miles 600
Total 800

Goal 900

Goal was 250
Just came back from last ride in Jan with a total 337 for the month.

Check Strava last year and I did not hit that mark until May 1st so I am off to a good start.
2019 goal 3500
