Ad mentions a '75 Paramount and a '75 Le Champion.
I'm  over the Irondude, and the '80s Trek (and the Guerciotti, and the Miyata, and the Cilo, and.....)

There's a Sears Spyder (or some other dept store brand) with a minty looking banana seat and a stick shifter.

Wee little (but not Terry-style) smoked IM Master in ride condition, overpriced but nicely listed:

Waitaminit -- shouldn't a Master have 600?

Hey, I posted that mb-2!

It really is nice, but I just bought a high end vintage MTB, so n+1 for one seems irresponsible. Nice to see a relatively reasonable price on a Bridgestone, though!

Anyone able to identify this? I don't know my Peugeot or Simplex, unfortunately

57cm Peugeot Road Bike - $225 (Kent I-5 and 272nd)

bicycle frame material: steel
bicycle type: road
frame size: 57
wheel size: 27 in
I have Peugeot for sale, it works great and is fully functioning. The bike is made in France, has mafac brakes, simplex rear derailleur and shimano 400 front derailleur. The brake levers are shimano 600. The only thing the bike will need is front tire. The bike has 27inch wheels, both of which are quick release. The bike has newer cables, seat, and handle bar tape.
The bike is ready for a new owner and adventures. Lmk if you have any questions.

Beautiful, other than the tough attempt at touch-up that doesn't quite pass the five foot rule...

Raleigh Professional 58cm - $180 (Harbor City)

https://losangeles.craigslist.org/ws...128510341.html

I like the recent trend toward selling framesets by themselves on higher end models. I hate paying extra for wheels and crappy components I know I will never use.

I wholeheartedly concur.

Yeah, someone needs to jump on this. Pros dont come around every day, especially @ $180

If I weren't trying to downsize I'd already have been wailing for a facilitator. It looks a bit bigger than 58cm - it looks great.

Same here, Bob. If I didnt already have two Pros waiting on the restoration list, I'd be all over this myself. The chrome looks good too.

We're in the same boat - I have two Internationals in the pipe so my Raleigh quotient is covered. I've moved 4 bikes in about 2 weeks here - but still more to go before I'm even approaching anything resembling sanity. But ya know - lust.

~reasonably priced Stumpy alert~

Specialized Stumpjumper Comp - $250 (Columbia City)

Great 19" mountain bike in very good shape. Perfect for someone 5'8" - 6'0". One of the best old school mountain bikes ever made. Full steel frame, all original XT components including hubs, derailleurs, rapid fire shifters. Mavic rear wheel, Specialized front wheel, front and rear cogs have a lot of life left in them. Been down many trails and many roads and still ready to go. Selling it because I'm old and don't go trail riding anymore, and this bike deserves to be ridden.

Speaking of reasonable, this seems good for a 531 (I think) frame and a Cyclone group...

Cyclone rear derailleur only, I think. Weinmann or DC brakes with DC levers, Nervar crank, SunTour shifters, etc.

Hmm, is it part of the COVID-19 relief package, they've suspended the Stumpy tax? (Still kinda steep for this neck o'the woods)

I've even seen a few Colnago Supers for under a grand. Dogs and cats playing together, etc.

The Bridgestone Tax will be eternal, though.

Is it just camera angle or too little coffee to early but - is that fork right for that frame? Steerer seems too long for that HT. At least it's not too short.
